These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FitBox Events (the "Platform"), operated by Peak Body Form SRL. By registering for a competition or creating an organizer account, you agree to these terms.

1. Registrations

Competitions are created and managed by independent organizers (gyms/clubs). The Platform facilitates registration and payment but is not the organizer of the competition itself. Event details, rules, capacity, and schedule are set by the organizer.

2. Payments

Paid registrations are processed securely through Stripe. Prices, early-bird discounts, and registration deadlines are set by the organizer and displayed on the competition page before you register.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Refund and cancellation policies are set by the organizer of each competition. Contact the organizer directly (details on the competition page) for cancellation requests.

4. Public results

By registering, you agree that your name, category, and competition results (heats, leaderboard, scores) may be displayed publicly on the competition page.

5. Liability

Participation in physical sports competitions carries inherent risk. The Platform is not liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from a competition; these are the responsibility of the organizer and participant.
