When you register for a competition, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Gym/club name and t-shirt size (if provided)
• Category/division selection and any additional information you submit
• Payment details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number

2. Why we collect it

• To process your registration and, where applicable, your payment
• To contact you about the competition you registered for
• To display public competition results (name, category, scores) on the Platform
• To send you a confirmation email after registration

3. Who we share it with

We use the following processors to operate the Platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Supabase — database and hosting infrastructure
• The organizer of the competition you registered for

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

We retain registration data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, and as required by applicable accounting and tax law for paid registrations.

5. Your rights
